By accessing or using the DigiBusiness platform at digibusiness.app or app.digibusiness.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Use of DigiBusiness is subject to an active subscription, applicable account permissions, and responsible business usage as outlined below.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform. These terms apply to all users — business owners, operators, and any authorised users of an account.

2Platform Access

An active DigiBusiness subscription provides access to the DigiBusiness platform and included features, subject to account permissions, feature availability, and applicable third-party or usage charges. Access may be activated after successful payment verification. DigiBusiness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access in accordance with subscription status and these Terms.

• Access is tied to a verified active subscription — unverified accounts may have limited or no platform access
• Owner-level controls govern approvals, user permissions, and module access within an account
• Subscription access is non-transferable and intended for the registered business account

3Responsible Use

DigiBusiness is provided for lawful business use. Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purposes
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Share account credentials or subscription access with unauthorised parties
• Enter false, misleading, or fabricated business records within the system
• Circumvent subscription verification, permissions, or approval workflows

4Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. Platform access is activated only after successful payment verification where verification is required. DigiBusiness does not activate subscription access based on unconfirmed or fraudulent payment claims.

Pricing, included features, billing cycles, and payment methods are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use after pricing updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5Business Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of business data entered into DigiBusiness. The platform provides tools to help organise and manage business records — it does not validate the correctness of data entered by users.

DigiBusiness is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advisory services. Insights, reports, and AI-assisted analysis are for business decision support purposes only.

6Intellectual Property

The DigiBusiness platform, its design, features, workflows, and associated branding are the intellectual property of DigiBusiness. Users retain ownership of the business data they enter into the platform. DigiBusiness does not claim ownership over your business records or operational data.

7Limitation of Liability

DigiBusiness is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data integrity. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or suitability for any specific regulatory or compliance purpose.

DigiBusiness is not liable for business losses, missed filings, compliance failures, or financial decisions made based on platform outputs. Users should verify critical information independently and consult qualified professionals where required.

8Account Termination

DigiBusiness may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Users may also close their accounts by contacting support. Subscription fees paid prior to termination are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of DigiBusiness after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
